FMSCA Reports Delay in Start of CSA 2010 Program

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration announced that it has pushed back the start of its new carrier safety monitoring system, CSA 2010, until late this year. Some portions of the program will be delayed to 2011. The program was originally scheduled to begin in July 2010.
